Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ekonomické, resp. finanční soběstačnosti obce Řitka, jako zvoleného zástupce malých obcí. Pro potřeby této práce bylo zvoleno období 2015 – 2017. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně veřejnými financemi, problematikou obecních zřízení a hospodařením obcí. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of economic, respectively financial self-sufficiency of Řitka as an elected representative of small municipalities.
