Tasks of HZS in the field of population protection from the point of view of a selected regional authority

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá úkoly HZS v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva z pohledu vybraného krajského úřadu. Zdůrazněny jsou možné formy šíření varovné informace při mimořádné události, postupy HZS při mimořádné události a spolupráce s krajem a městskými částmi. V diplomové práci uvádím rozhovor s gen. Ing. Andorem Šándorem na téma blackout, jaké by byly postupy HZS při velkém výpadku energie a jak by kraj informoval své obyvatele. Uvedla jsem ve své práci také výzkumné otázky s mluvčím HZS. Hl. m. Prahy. Cílem práce byla analýza postupů HZS při mimořádné události, jaké informační systémy jsou využívány a jak je zapojen kraj a městské části.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the tasks of HZS in the field of population protection in the selected region. Possible forms of dissemination of warning information in the event of an emergency, emergency procedures in the event of an emergency and cooperation with the region and city districts are emphasized. In my diploma thesis I present an interview with gen. Ing. Andor Šándor on the topic of blackout, what would be the procedures of the fire brigade in the event of a major power outage and how the region would inform its inhabitants. In my work I also mentioned research questions with the spokesperson of the Fire and Rescue Service Capital city of Prague. The aim of the work was the analysis of emergency procedures in the event of an emergency, what information systems are used and how the region and city districts are involved.
