Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje správnímu řízení o řádných a mimořádných opravných prostředcích a s tím spojenými možnostmi účastníků správního řízení domoci se vydání nového rozhodnutí v případě, že bylo rozhodnuto v jejich neprospěch popřípadě, kdy rozhodnutí vydané správním orgánem trpí vadami. Práce se v omezeném rozsahu věnuje také ekonomickým dopadům opravných prostředků na účastníky řízení.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with administrative proceedings on ordinary and extraordinary remedies and the associated possibilities of the participants in the administrative proceedings to obtain a new decision if it was decided against them or when the decision issued by the administrative authority suffers from defects.
