Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje komparaci metod senzorického hodnocení destilátů. Cílem práce je komparace metod senzorického hodnocení vybraných destilátů. Získaná data z řízené degustace o hodnocení destilátů vybranými metodami sloužila pro porovnání kvality metod. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of sensory evaluation methods of spirits. The aim of the thesis is to compare methods of sensory evaluation of selected spirits. The data obtained from the controlled degustation evaluation of spirits using the selected methods served to compare the quality of the methods.
