Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat a analyzovat hlavní stresory, kterým čelí vojenský letecký personál v průběhu své činnosti. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and analyze the main stressors faced by military aviation personnel during their activities. The thesis focuses on identifying the factors and situations that can cause stress in military pilots, aviation technicians and other personnel and analyses their effects on performance, safety and psychological well-being.
