Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl posoudit aktuální stav organizace a řízení Městské policie v Ústí nad Labem. Důvodem volby tohoto tématu je snaha o identifikaci problémů v řízení a organizaci městské policie a následné navržení opatření na jejich zmírnění či eliminaci. The bachelor thesis is aimed at an evaluation of the current situation of an organisation and management of the Municipal Police in Ústí nad Labem.
