Abstract:

SVADEBA, Viktoriia. Digitální marketing v hotelnictví a gastronomii a strategie na sociálních sítích. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická. Praha: 2022. Celkový počet stran 65. Tématem bakalářské práce je Digitální marketing v hotelnictví a gastronomii a strategie na sociálních sítích. Cílem práce je vytvořit plán digitálního marketingu pro malý rodinný Hotel Elegance s vlastní gastronomickou restaurací a dalšími doplňkovými službami. Dílčími cíli jsou zhodnocení současné situace Hotelu Elegance v oblasti digitálního marketingu a jeho možností v jeho realizaci a dále analýza těchto možností v rámci rozpočtu firmy. K naplnění těchto cilů jsem zvolila analýzu činnosti, nabídky a analýzu marketingové komunikace hotelů. Práce také směřuje ke zjištění, jaké by měly být aktivity hotelů na sociálních sítích. K tomu bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření. Šlo především o to, které sociální sítě jsou v této souvislosti v naší zemi známé, které jsou využívané a v jaké objemu. Sběr dat proběhl prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s provozním manažerem hotelu a také metodou dotaznikového šetřeni. Práce je rozdělena na 3 části. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů a definic týkajících se oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie, digitalního marketingu, socialních media. V praktické části jsem představila a analyzovala Hotel Elegance, jeho činnost a strategii. Dále jsem pokračovala popisem a analýzou způsobů marketingové komunikace. V této časti jsem popsala vysledky dotazníkového šetření. Návrhová část je založena na informacích získaných z analytické části. V této časti vytvořila jsem navrch jednotlivích kroku pro vylepšení digitální marketingove strategii podniku Hotelu Elegance. Byl taký navržen plán digitálního marketingu s prakticky nulovými výdaji.

SVADEBA, Viktoriia. Hotel and gastronomy digital marketing and social media strategies. [Bachelor´s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics in Prague, Ltd. 65 pages. The topic of the bachelor thesis is Hotel and gastronomy digital marketing and social media strategies. The aim of the work is to create a digital marketing plan for a small family Hotel Elegance with its own gastronomic restaurant and other additional services. The partial goals are to evaluate the current situation of the Hotel Elegance in the field of digital marketing and its possibilities in its implementation and to analyze these possibilities within the company's budget. To fulfill these goals, I chose the analysis of activities, offers and analysis of marketing communication of the hotel. The work also aims to find out what the activities of hotels on social media should be. A questionnaire survey was created for this. It was mainly about which social networks are known in our country in this context, which are used and in what volume. Data collection took place through a semi-structured interview with the hotel's operations manager and also by a questionnaire survey method. The work is divided into 3 parts. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an explanation of terms and definitions related to the field of hospitality and gastronomy, digital marketing, social media. In the practical part, I introduced and analyzed the Hotel Elegance, its activities and strategy. I continued with a description and analysis of ways of marketing communication. In this section, I described the results of the questionnaire survey. The design part is based on information obtained from the analytical part. In this part, I created the top of the individual steps to improve the digital marketing strategy of the Hotel Elegance. A digital marketing plan with zero expenditure was also created.
