V bakalárskej práci sme sa zaoberali problematikou vzdelávania zamestnancov v bankovom sektore. V práci sme popísali vzdelávanie v konkrétnej banke, Dexia banke Slovensko a.s. a cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo analyzovať súčasný stav vzdelávania v Dexia banke Slovensko a.s., popísať jednotlivé spôsoby vzdelávania v organizácii a na základe prieskumu navrhnúť odporúčania na zlepšenie vzdelávacieho procesu …more
