Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnotit možnosti ochrany půdy proti erozi z pohledu platné legislativy se zaměřením na úlohu obcí a na nástroje, které mají při této ochraně. The goal of my thesis is to assess the possibilities of legal protection of soil against erosion with the main focus put on the role of municipalities in the matter and the tools at their disposal. In the theoretical part I define the main terms and parameters of the legal regulation in the matter as well as the general tools used in protection of soil and the environment.
