Stress and its effect on the work performance of employees (officials) of a selected public administration organization.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu a zkoumá jeho vliv na pracovní výkon úředníků státní správy. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a soustředí se na druhy stresu, stresory, které přímo či nepřímo působí na výkon zaměstnanců České pošty v Trutnově a okolí. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení či odstranění stresových faktorů za pomoci vybraných manažerských nástrojů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stress and examines its impact on the performance of government officials. It is divided into theoretical and practical part and focuses on the types of stress, stressors that directly or indirectly affect the performance of Czech Post employees in Trutnov and its surroundings.
