Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty pracovní motivace v konkrétní firmě. Smyslem této práce je prokázat, že teoretické poznatky z tohoto oboru jsou v praxi plně použitelné. Cílem je zhodnotit, jaké druhy motivace jsou v tomto konkrétním případě účinné, jakou roli hraje v motivaci informovanost zaměstnanců o záměrech a cílech firmy, jejich kvalifikace a úroveň pracovního kolektivu. Cílem je dále zjistit, jak způsob řízení firmy a vztahy mezi vedením a zaměstnanci ovlivňují rozvoj motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců. V práci jsou použity výsledky rozhovoru a jednání s vedením firmy, poznatky ze studia firemních dokumentů a samozřejmě výsledky, které vyplynuly z dotazníku předloženého zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with selected aspects of motivation in a specificcompany. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate,that, theoretical knowledge in this field is fully applicable in practice. The goal is to valuate what sorts of incentives are, in this particular case, what role it stands in motivating of employee´s awereness about aims and objectives of the firm, their qualifications and level of work team. Other goal is to find out how the way of the company´s management and relationships between management and staff influence motivation´s development of employee´s involvement. The work uses the results of interviews and discussions with management, findings from the study of corporate documents and ,of course, the results that have emerged from the questionnaire submitted to the employees.
