Rigorózní práce provádí analýzu postavení a vzájemného vztahu mezi subjekty nájmu bytu se zaměřením na pronajímatele a nájemce. První část se věnuje vývoji nájemního bydlení a jeho subjektům jako takovým. Hlavním tématem práce je poukázat na nerovnost mezi subjekty nájmu bytu, rozdílnost v jejich právech a povinnostech, projevující se ve vybraných fázích nájemního vztahu. The thesis makes analyze the situation and relationship between the subjects of tenancy. Special attention is given to the landlord and the tenant.
