Abstract:
Práce se zabývá celým procesem výběrového řízení. Teoretická část se věnuje získávání uchazečů a výběru zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsou pak osloveny dvě skupiny respondentů, které se účastnili dotazníkového šetření. Tyto dvě skupiny jsou pak mezi sebou porovnávány a na základě toho jsou oběma skupinám poskytnuty návrhy na zlepšení jejich situace. Práce tak poskytne nejen přehled o problematice …more
Abstract:
The work deals with the whole selection process. The theoretical part deals with the acquisition of candidates and the selection of employees. The practical part addresses two groups of respondents who participated in the questionnaire survey.
