Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem etických kodexů a jejich komparací v rámci bankovního sektoru. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy etických kodexů vybraných bank zjistit jejich efektivitu a jejich dodržování v praxi.
