Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na štyri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme historickým vývojom po roku 1989.V druhej kapitole sa venujeme všeobecnému výkladu, trestnému činu, skutkovej podstate trestného činu, ich rozdeleniu a triedeniu trestných činov.
