Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků a následné provedení empirických výzkumů na téma harmonizace pracovního a osobního života. Na základě teoretických poznatků, které jsou uvedeny v první části práce, byly stanoveny pracovní hypotézy, přiblížena použitá metodika výzkumu a zvoleny nástroje pro sběr dat.
