Accounting of fixed assets in the system of double entry bookkeeping

Abstract:

Thesis deals with the issue of accounting of fixed assets in the system of double entry accounting. The first chapter is focused on the definition of basic concepts, such as business, accounting, fixed asset. The second chapter discusses in more detail the issues of accounting of fixed assets. The third chapter analyzes the process of accounting of fixed assets in company stock Variant: Hal. The fourth chapter presents the individual indicators of the company in question. In the final chapter provides feedback and recommendations for possible improvement and utilization in practice.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou účtovania dlhodobého majetku v sústave podvojného účtovníctva. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na definíciu základných pojmov, ako sú podnik, účtovníctvo, dlhodobý majetok. Druhá kapitola podrobnejšie rozoberá problematiku účtovania dlhodobého majetku. Tretia kapitola analyzuje proces účtovania dlhodobého majetku v akciovej spoločnosti Variant:Hal. Štvrtá kapitola predkladá jednotlivé ukazovatele skúmanej spoločnosti. V záverečnej kapitole sú uvedené námety a odporúčania pre prípadné zlepšenie a využitie v praxi.
