Certifikace ISO/IEC 27001 může firmě otevřít spoustu nových příležitostí. V České republice přibývá firem, které se o tuto certifikaci ucházejí, nebo o ní alespoň uvažují. ISO/IEC 27001 certification can open new opportunities for the organizations that have it. In the Czech Republic more companies are either applying for or are thinking about getting this certification.
