Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je cybervetting kandidátů o zaměstnání při výběrovém řízení. Práce se zaměřuje především na rozdíl u manažerské a ne-manažerské pozice. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě vlastního výzkumu pro-zkoumat stanovený předpoklad a zjistit, jak personalisté nebo zaměstnanci, kteří mají nábor zaměstnanců za úkol, přistupují k cybervettingu u dvou rozdílných úrovní pozic. Cílem je zjistit, jaká kritéria jsou pro ně důležitá, zda se diferencují a co je důvodem. Pro splnění tohoto cíle je práce rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První z nich se zabývá tím, co je to cybervetting, jak se používá, z jakého důvodu, jaké to má důsledky. Zajímá se také o to, jaké soci-ální sítě se využívají na základě třech úrovní. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum skládající se z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a simulace pomocí fiktivních profilů. Výsledky obohacují teorii v této oblasti a jsou podkladem pro další zkoumání. Zmíněny jsou i další přínosy práce a návrhy.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the cybervetting of job candidates during the selection process. The work focuses primarily on the difference between managerial and non-managerial positions. The main goal of the work is to investigate the established assumption on the basis of previous research and to find out how HR professionals or employees who have the task of recruiting employees approach cybervetting for two different levels of positions. The goal is to find out what criteria are important to them, whether they differ and what is the reason. To achieve this goal, the work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The first of them deals with what cybervetting is, how it is used, for what reason, what consequences it has. Diploma thesis is also interested in what social networks are used based on the three levels. The practical part contains qualitative research consisting of a semi-structured interview and simulation using fictitious profiles. The results enrich the theory in this area and are a basis for further research. Other benefits of the work and suggestions for future research are also mentioned.
