The thesis focuses on the level of brand experience in the café industry in the Czech Republic. The first part describes the theoretical aspects of customers' brand experience, consumer behaviour and customer satisfaction. It then defines the meaning of brand experience and the café industry.     Pomocí funkce Nedávné je možné se rychle vrátit k právě prohlíženým souborům. Oblíbené soubory je také možné označit Hvězdičkou.
