Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem "Socio-ekonomická analýza okresu Ústí nad Labem s důrazem na demografický vývoj" je komparace a zhodnocení okresu Ústí nad Labem. Hlavní metodou pro zpracování práce byla analýza dat. Okres je zkoumán na základě vybraných socioekonomických ukazatelů a následně jsou tyto ukazatele porovnány s Ústeckým krajem a Českou republikou. V první části práce je představen přehled literatury, jednotlivé zdroje dat a metodika jejich zpracování. Ve stěžejní části práce je obsažena charakteristika obyvatelstva v okrese Ústí nad Labem, která je zaměřená na dlouhodobý vývoj, pohyb a strukturu obyvatelstva. Další důležitá část práce analyzuje ekonomiku a trh práce okresu, především bytovou výstavbu, strukturu zaměstnanosti, největší zaměstnavatele okresu, vývoj a strukturu nezaměstnanosti. Poslední část práce se zabývá dopravní a sociální infrastrukturou. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny prostorové disparity okresu. Ze zjištěných údajů můžeme říci, že vývoj obyvatelstva v okrese Ústí nad Labem v současnosti ovlivňuje především migrace a potýká se s vysokou nezaměstnaností.

Abstract:

The subject matter of the bachelor thesis with the title "The Socio Economic Analysis of Ústí nad Labem District focussed on demographic development" is a comparison and evaluation of the district of Ústí nad Labem. The main method for the processing of the thesis was data analysis. District in investigated on the basis of selected socio-economic idicators and then these indicators were compared with the region of Ústí nad Labem and with the Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis is an overview of the literature, individual data sources and the methodology of their processing. In the key part of the thesis is contained characteristics of the population in the district of Ústí nad Labem, which is focused on long-term population development, movement and structure. Another important part of the thesis analyzes the economy and the labour market of the district, especially the housing project, the structure of employment, the largest employers in the district, the evolution and structure of unemployment. The last part of the thesis deals with the transport and social infrastructure. At the conclusion of the thesis are assessed spatial disparities in the district. From the identified data we can say that in the present population development in the district of Ústí nad Labem affects mainly the migration and is struggling with high unemployment.
