Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právem na vystoupení z Evropské unie. Lisabonská smlouva v roce 2009 sice vyřešila otázku jeho existence, avšak současně s tím dala vzniknout řadě dalších. The present diploma thesis deals with the right of withdrawal from the European Union. The Lisbon Treaty from 2009 resolved the question of its existence, but at the same time, new questions have arisen.
