Profit variance analysis on a specific company

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza odchylek zisku na konkrétním podniku a navržení efektivního podnikatelského procesu. Pro zpracování tématu byla použita metoda standardních nákladů, která slouží jako nástroj kontroly a řízení podniku. Při zjištění příčin vzniku odchylek jsem se dozvěděla, že nejen forma podnikání má vliv na vývoj zisku, ale že účinnost podnikání ovlivňují i vnější faktory. Na základě provedené analýzy jsem navrhla možná opatření, která řeší danou problematiku. Výsledkem této práce je poskytnutí důležitých doporučení, která může podnik v budoucnu využít.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the analysis of profit variances of the specific company and proposal of effective business process. To process the topic, the method of standard costing was used, which serves as a tool for control and management of the company. When determining the causes of variances, I found out that the business efficiency is affected not only by the form of business but even by the outer factors. Based on the performed analysis, I proposed possible measures which solve the given problematic. The result of the thesis is the provision of important recommendations which can be utilized by the company in the future.
