This diploma thesis deals with the influence and impact of educational leadership in shaping an actor’s personality, based on the author’s experiences from three types of theatre schools: Brno Conservatory, Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno and Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance in London.
