Tato diplomová práce pojednává o motivaci zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části jsou za pomocí odborné literatury shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o pracovní motivaci a jejím vlivu na výkon zaměstnanců. The dissertation deals with motivation of employees in a particular company. In the theoretical part, the knowledge of work motivation and its influence on employee's performance is gathered with help of professional/expert literature.
