Family and carrier - the two different sides of the same coin
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Rodina a profese – dvě strany téže mince“ se zabývá mateřskou a zejména následnou rodičovskou dovolenou ze subjektivního pohledu ženy na této pozici, možnostmi harmonizace výchovy dítěte a pracovního uplatnění a také vnímáním společnosti na tyto ženy z jejich hlediska.
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis „Family and Profession – Two Sides of the Same Coin“ deals with maternity and especially the following parent leave from the subjective point of view of a woman in the position, possibilities of child’s upbringing harmonizing and woman’s professional career as well as reactions of the society to these women from their point of view.
