Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční situaci podniku W-PLAST.cz s.r.o. v letech 2009 – 2013 a zvláště se zaměřit na rok 2012, kdy byl podnik prodán novému majiteli. Za pomoci nástrojů finanční analýzy popsaných v teoretické části bylo zjištěno, že podniková struktura je stabilní, ale efektivita je nízká. Výrazný vliv na hospodaření podniku měla finační krize. Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor‘ s thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company W-PLAST.cz s.r.o. in years 2009 - 2013 and espicially to focus on 2012 when the company was sold to a new owner. Using the tools of financial analysis, described in theoretical section, it was found that the company structure is stable, but efficiency is low.
