Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat konkurenční prostředí projektového ateliéru Regio s.r.o. působící v oblasti územního plánování. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy a také teoreticky popsány použité analýzy (PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza).
