Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stručnou charakteristiku organochlorových pesticidů a polychlorovaných bifenylů, které byly stanovovány. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí, literární rešerše a praktické části. Literární část obsahuje popis vybraných pesticidů a popis použité metody, QuEChERS. Bachelor thesis is focused on brief characteristics of organochlorinated pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls, which were determined. The thesis consists of two basic parts, a literature review and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a description of selected pesticides and a description of the method we used, QuEChERS.
