The Issue of Violent and Sexual Crimes - their Victims, Perpetrators and Forms of Help

Abstract:

V teoretické práci se věnuji obětem trestné činnosti. Především zde popisuji problematiku trestné činnosti, se zaměřením na násilné a sexuálně motivované trestné činy. Dále se zabývám důsledky těchto činů na oběti, viktimizací, a mimo to také osobností pachatele. Dané téma jsem propojila s problémem týrání a sexuálního zneužívání v dětství, jejichž následky mají vliv i v dospělém věku. Výzkumná část je tvořena přehledem organizací a poskytovanými formami pomoci obětem trestné činnosti. Pozornost je věnována rovněž způsobům pomoci pachatelům násilných a sexuálních motivovaných trestných činů.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the victims of crime. Mainly, the issue of criminality is described, with a focus on violent and sexual crimes. It also deals with consequences of these acts on victims, the process of victimization, as well as with the personality of the criminal and more. This theme has been connected with the issue of bullying and childhood sexual abuse, which can have consequences in adulthood. The research part includes an overview of organizations and forms of help to victims of crime. Attention is also paid to forms of help for offenders of violent and sexual crimes.
