A Subsidy Project Proposal for to Build a Children's Group in the Municipal Zborovice

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem dětských skupin. Cílem bylo vytvořit projekt vybudování dětské skupiny v obci Zborovice. Projekt byl navržen tak, aby na vybudování a první rok fungování dětské skupiny mohla být využita dotace z operačního programu Zaměstnanost plus a obec se podílela na spolufinancování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou projektového managementu, kohezní politikou a dětskými skupinami. Praktická část využívá poznatků z teoretické části. Součástí je vyhodnocení rozhovoru se starostou obce. Z rozhovoru je dále čerpáno i v samotném návrhu dotačního projektu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the emergence of children's groups. The aim was to create a project of building a children's group in the village of Zborovice. The project was designed in such a way that a subsidy from the Operational Programme Employment Plus could be used for the establishment and the first year of operation of the children's group and the municipality participated in the co-financing. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the issues of project management, cohesion policy and children's groups. The practical part uses the knowledge from the theoretical part. It includes an evaluation of the interview with the mayor of the municipality. The interview is also used in the subsidy of the project itself.
