Diplomová práce se zabývá rozsahem smluvní volnosti v pracovním právu. Práce je rozdělena na tři obsahové části. První část práce se týká obecného vymezení základních pojmů pracovního práva a jeho zařazení do systému práva. Dále tato část práce popisuje historii pracovního práva a jeho vývoj do dnešní doby. The Thesis deals with extent of contractual freedom in labour law in the Czech Republic. It is divided into three main parts.
