Abstract:
Práce obsahuje popis a rozbor problematiky institutů, které slouží k nahrazení vazby v trestním řízení, dále podmínek pro její nahrazení, historický vývoj a popis současné právní úpravy. Dále uvahy de lege ferenda a srovnání s evropskými státy.
Abstract:
The purpose of my thesis was to describe possible alternatives to custody within de lege lata crominal proceedings, to explain the reason for their being laid down in the system of law and their principal non-substitutability.
