Honey - Manufacture, Sale and Use of the Bee Products in Gastronomy
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá medem a jeho roli v gastronomii.Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat proces zpracování medu a využití včelích produktů v gastronomii.Pomocí osobního dotazování a analýzy primárních i sekundárních dat, práce zjišťuje reálné postavení medu a medových produktů na trhu, jejich dodavatele i cenu.
Abstract:
Bachelor's dissertation focuses on honey and its role in gastronomy.The objective of the work is to introduce the process of making honey and its usage as well as usage of other bee products in gastronomy. Using personal polls and analysis of primary and secondary data, the dissertation detects the real position of honey and honey products on the market, its suppliers and its price.
