Wine production is an art - serving is science

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá v teoretické části trhem vína a popisem systému Enomatic, a to s přihlédnutím k trendu servírování vína po skleničkách. V analytické části sleduje tři vybrané provozy s implementovaným systémem Enomatic a následně za použití grafů sleduje pozitivní, či negativní dopady implementace systému. Porovnáním výstupních dat před implementací systému Enomatic a po implentaci systému Enomatic bude možné posoudit, zda byla implementace systému Enomatic pro daný podnik úspěšná, či nikoliv a zda byla stanovená hypotéza potvrzena, či vyvrácena. V návrhové části jsou zmíněna doporučení vycházející zejména z analytické části bakalářské práce. V závěru je práce stručným způsobem zrekapitulována a závěr rovněž přináší odpovědi na důležité otázky, týkající se dosažení stanovených cílů, potvrzení hypotézy a celkového zhodnocení práce. Stanový cíl je navázat na nejrůznější metody vzdělávání trhu v oblasti vína a ukázat moderní možnosti prezentace vín i ve vyšších cenových kategoriích a zároveň sledovat dopady implementace systému Enomatic v konkrétních provozovnách pomocí analýzy a komparace výstupních dat.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals in the theoretical part with the wine market and Enomatic system description, taking into account the trend of serving wine by the glass. In the analytical part it follows the three selected company with the implemented Enomatic system and by using graphs. It tracks the positive or negative impact of the implementation of the system. By comparing the output data before implementing the Enomatic system and after the Enomatic system was implemented. By comparing the output data, it will be able to assess, whether the Enomatic system implementation was for the business successful or not, and whether the stated hypothesis was confirmed or unconfirmed. In the proposal part, recommendations based mainly on the analytical part of the thesis are mentioned. At the end of the thesis conclusions are recapped. Also the end of the work provides answers to important questions regarding the achievement of objectives, confirming the hypothesis and a total evaluation of the thesis. Thesis target is to follow various vine market education methods and show modern vine presenting methods in a fine dining categories and observe the impact of Enomatic system implementation in concrete companies by using analysis and a comparation of output data.
