Self-defence of elementary school children
Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je představit koncepci sebeobrany dětí mladšího školního věku. Při sestavování koncepce sebeobrany jsem vycházel z poznatků zahraničních systémů dětské sebeobrany, rovněž tak z vlastních zkušeností z různých úpolových činností. Na základě těchto podkladů jsem vytvořil koncepci sebeobrany pro danou cílovou skupinu.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to introduce the concept of self-defense for the school-age children. In drawing up the concept of self-defense, I proceeded from foreign systems of children self-defense, as well as from my own experience from various martial arts activities. On this background, I created the concept of self-defense for the target group.
