V teoretické části se zabývám slučitelností rodinné a profesní role ženy v české společnosti z pohledu historie i současnosti. Popisuji zde cíle a navrhovaná opatření vedoucí ke sladění rodinné a profesní role ženy. In the theoretical part I deal with reconciliation of a family and working role of a woman in the Czech society from a historical and present point of view. I describe targets and suggested methods leading to reconciliation of a woman`s family and working role.
