Cílem diplomové práce je analýza právní úpravy dohod, které omezují hospodářskou soutěž. V diplomové práci jsem se snažila kromě definování a kategorizace jednotlivých kartelových dohod, demonstrovat na konkrétních případech jejich závažný dopad na ekonomiku. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal regulations of agreements that limit competition. In the diploma thesis I tried, besides of defining and categorizing individual cartel agreements, to demonstrate their serious impact on the economy on particular cases.
