Development of social entrepreneurship on the territory of the Olomouc Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálního podnikání s kontextem na sociální podnikání na území Olomouckého kraje. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce je definovat koncept sociálního podnikání na území České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popsány a definovány pojmy a charakteristiky, které souvisejí se sociální ekonomikou a sociálním podnikáním. Na teoretické poznatky plynule navazuje výzkumná část diplomové práce. Cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce je zjistit, zda a jakými způsoby jsou rozvíjeny sociální podniky na území Olomouckého kraje. Při výzkumu je využita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Za metodu sběru dat volíme techniku polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s manažery sociálních podniků na území Olomouckého kraje. Rozhovory s komunikačními partnery byly s jejich souhlasem nahrávány a následně transkribovány a zpracovány metodou zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the issue of social entrepreneurship with a context on social entrepreneurship in the Olomouc region. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and research. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to define the concept of social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes and defines concepts and characteristics related to social economy and social entrepreneurship. The research part of the thesis follows the theoretical findings. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to determine whether and in which way social enterprises are developed in the Olomouc region. Qualitative research strategy is used in the research. The data collection method is based on semi-structured interviews with managers of social enterprises in the Olomouc region. Interviews with communication partners were recorded with their consent and subsequently transcribed and processed using grounded theory method.
