Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mezigenerační rozdíly v komunikaci ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem je identifikovat, zda mezi zaměstnanci dochází k nedorozuměním na základě generačních diferencí a navrhnout případná opatření pro zlepšení. The bachelor thesis deals with intergenerational differences in communication in a selected company. The aim is to find out if there are misunderstandings between employees based on generational differences and to suggest possible measures for improvement.
