Life and non-life insurance as a tool for employee motivation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma životní a neživotní pojištění, jako nástroj motivace zaměstnanců se zabývá způsoby, jakými firmy využívají pojistné produkty k motivaci svých zaměstnanců. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje definici a vymezení motivace zaměstnanců se zaměřením na způsoby motivace, druhy motivace, motivační strategie atd. Dále jsou v teoretické práci zahrnuté informace o pojišťovnictví se zaměřením na životní a neživotní pojištění, které je v teoretické části hlouběji vymezeno a popsáno. V metodologické části diplomové práce jsou stanoveny metody a postupy sběru, vyhodnocení a prezentace dat. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou popsány analyzované firmy a jejich nabízené zaměstnanecké benefity. Dále je v praktické části prezentován výstup z dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi zaměstnanci jednotlivých firem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the life and non-life insurance as an instrument of employee motivation is concerned with the ways in which companies use insurance products to motivate their employees. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the definition and delimitation of employee motivation focusing on ways of motivation, types of motivation, strategy, etc. Furthermore, the theoretical work includes information on insurance, focusing on the life and non-life insurance, which is more deeply identified and described in the theoretical part. In the methodological part of the thesis are set out methods and procedures for collecting, processing and presentation of data. The practical part of the thesis describes the analyzed company and offering employee benefits. The output of the survey, which was conducted among the employees of the companies, is also presented in the practical part.
