Satisfaction of visitors to a wellness center in Brno
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení spokojenosti návštěvníků se službami vybraných wellness center v Brně. Na základě analýzy dat z dotazníkového šetření identifikovat důvody nespokojenosti a navrhnout v problémových oblastech zlepšení.
Abstract:
The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of visitors with the services provided by selected wellness centers in Brno. Based on the analysis of data from a questionnaire survey, the aim is to identify reasons for dissatisfaction and propose improvements in problematic areas.
