The System of Professional Education Employees in the Selected Bank

Abstract:

Diploma theses deals with the system of professional education in the VUB, a.s. The entire work is divided into three chapters. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current system of professional education in the VUB, a.s. and propose effective measures to improve training of bank employees. In the first chapter, we focus on theoretical definitions relating to education employees. Detailed concepts are explained as a system of education, professional adaptation employee, as well as a process of systematic employee training. The second chapter analyzes the work system of education in the VUB, a.s. with which we briefly introduce the bank, its organization and strategy and structure of bank employees. The third chapter provides the results and suggestions how to improve the current system of training of bank employees. The work contains three images, 13 graphs and 10 tables through which we seek a clear display issues solved.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá systémom profesijného vzdelávania zamestnancov vo VÚB banke, a. s. Celá práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať súčasný systém profesijného vzdelávania zamestnancov vo VÚB, a. s. a navrhnúť opatrenia efektívneho zlepšenia vzdelávania zamestnancov banky. V prvej kapitole sa zameriavame na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov súvisiacich so vzdelávaním zamestnancov. Detailnejšie sú vysvetlené pojmy ako systém vzdelávania, profesijná adaptácia zamestnanca, ako aj proces systematického vzdelávania zamestnancov. Druhá kapitola práce analyzuje systém vzdelávania zamestnancov vo VÚB banke, a. s., v ktorej sme v stručnosti predstavili banku, jej organizáciu a stratégiu a štruktúru zamestnancov banky. Tretia kapitola prináša výsledky a návrhy ako je možné zlepšiť súčasný systém vzdelávania zamestnancov banky. Práca obsahuje tri obrázky, 13 grafov a 10 tabuliek prostredníctvom, ktorých sme sa snažili o prehľadné zobrazenie riešenej problematiky.
