Tau protein in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer´s disease
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje z menší části Alzheimerově chorobě jako takové, více potom tau proteinu, okrajově fyziologickému významu, ale především jeho roli v patogenezi Alzheimerovy choroby. Práce je zaměřena jak na způsoby stanovení, tak i léčbu choroby s využitím tau-proteinu jako diagnostického markeru.
Abstract:
A smaller part of this bachelor work is about Alzheimer's disease, mainly about tau-protein, its physiological importance and especially its role in pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. The work focuses on methods of determination and treatment using tau-protein as a diagnostic marker.
