Tato práce popisuje problematiku pracovní doby se zaměřením na práci přesčas, její odměňování ve mzdové i platové sféře, stejně jako kontrolu ze strany inspektorátu práce. This thesis describes the issue of working hours focusing on overtime work, remuneration of overtime work in the wage and salary sector, as well as the control of the labor inspectorate.
