Abstract:

Cílem práce je provést analýzy vybraných bank na pražské burze a určit, zda tržní cena akcií zde obchodovaná odpovídá výsledkům fundamentální analýzy. Práce by mohla sloužit začínajícím investorům dohledat potřebné základní informace před provedením první investice do akciových titulů. Teoretická část nejdříve objasňuje rozdělení finančního trhu a popisuje rozdíly jednotlivých cenných papírů. V další části je rozebrána burza, její historie a současnost jak v ČR, tak v zahraničí a posledními kapitolami jsou typy analýz, které investoři provádí pro vyhodnocení jejich investic. Praktická část se zaměřuje na fundamentální analýzu, která začíná makroekonomickou analýzou ČR, následnou odvětvovou analýzou a firemní analýzou dvou vybraných bank. Výsledkem provedené analýzy je zjištění podhodnocenosti aktuální tržní ceny akcií na základě vypočtených vnitřních hodnot a následné doporučení ke koupi akcií. V přímém porovnání vychází lépe Moneta Money Bank, a.s.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected banks on the Prague Stock Exchange and determine whether the market price of the shares traded there corresponds to the results of fundamental analysis. The work could provide beginning investors with essential basic information before making their first investment in stocks. The theoretical part first clarifies the division of the financial market and describes the differences between various securities. The following section discusses the stock exchange, its history and current situation both in the Czech Republic and global, and the last chapters are types of analyses investors makes to evaluate their investments. The practical part focuses on fundamental analysis, starting with a macroeconomic analysis of the Czech Republic, followed by sector analysis and corporate analysis of two selected banks. The result of the conducted analysis is the determination of undervaluation of current market prices of stocks based on calculated intrinsic values and subsequent recommendation to buy the stocks. In a direct comparison, Moneta Money Bank, a.s. emerges as the better option.
