Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky výskytu drog ve vybrané ústavní výchově. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zanalyzovat vybrané aspekty výskytu drog ve výchovném ústavu a středisku výchovné péče. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vymezení termínů v oblasti drogové problematiky a institucionální péče. Byl definován pojem návykové látky, jejich rozdělení a účinky. Vyskytuje se zde popis jedné vybrané typologie drog, příznaky závislosti u této typologie drog, popis jednotlivých školských zařízení s ústavní výchovou a popis návykových látek v ústavní výchově. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který bude navazovat na otázku která zní, jaké jsou příčiny výskytu návykových látek ve vybraném výchovném ústavu a středisku výchovné péče? Cíle bylo dosaženo využitím kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétněji tzv. případovými studiemi. Data byla získána za pomoci nestrukturovaného rozhovoru, léčebných deníků a pozorováním. Výzkumný soubor představovali pracovníci zvoleného výchovného ústavu a střediska výchovné péče a čtyři chovanky se kterými byli provedeny rozhovory. K vyhodnocení dat byly použity zpracované studie. Pomocí analýzy studií bylo možné dojít k závěru, že nejčastější příčiny jsou v souvislosti se situací v rodině. Nejvíce zastoupeny jsou podněty touha po pozornosti, touha po volnosti, nezávislosti a svobodě, sexuální obtěžování, domácí násilí (syndrom CAN), odmítání péče rodičů a jejich nezájem o ně, nezvládání výchovy rodičů, hádky s rodiči, psychické a psychologické problémy. Výsledný výzkum je přínosem pro další a rozsáhlejší studii, která se bude zabývat problematikou výskytu návykových látek u dětí a mládeže v institucionální péči. Vypracovaná bakalářská práce může být přínosná pro samotný výchovný ústav a jiná zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the specifics of the occurrence of drugs in selected institutional education. The main goal of this work was to analyze selected aspects of the occurrence of drugs in an educational institution and an educational care centre. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on the definition of terms in the field of drug issues and institutional care. The concept of addictive substances, their distribution and effects was defined. There is a description of one selected typology of drugs, the symptoms of addiction for this typology of drugs, a description of individual school facilities with institutional education and the description of drugs in selected institutional education. The practical part contains research that will follow up on the question which is, what are the causes of the occurrence of addictive substances in the selected educational institution and educational care centre? The goal was achieved by using qualitative research, more specifically, so-called case studies. Data were obtained using an unstructured interview, treatment diaries and observations. The research team consisted of the staff of the selected educational institute and educational care centre and four inmates with whom interviews were conducted. Processed studies were used to evaluate the data. Using the analysis of the studies, it was possible to conclude that the most frequent stimuli are related to family situations. The most represented stimuli are the desire for attention, the desire for freedom, independence and freedom, sexual harassment, domestic violence (CAN syndrome), rejection of parental care and their lack of interest in them, failure to cope with parenting, arguments with parents, psychological and psychological problems. The resulting research is beneficial for another and more extensive study that will deal with the issue of the occurrence of addictive substances in children and youth in institutional care. The completed bachelor's thesis can be beneficial for the educational institution itself and other institutions for the performance of institutional and protective education.
