Abstract:

Ekonomická situace každé země podstatným způsobem ovlivňuje trh práce a také adaptabilitu absolventů škol na tomto trhu. Má práce je zaměřena na trh práce absolventů středních škol, konkrétně na problematiku jejich zaměstnanosti i nezaměstnanosti. K tomuto účelu srovnávám míry nezaměstnanosti podle krajů České republiky a podle oborů, které absolventi vystudovali. Úspěšnost absolventů škol je závislá nejenom na jejich dovednostech, jejich orientaci na trhu práce a schopnosti čelit konkurenci s ostatními uchazeči o práci, ale také závisí na kraji, v kterém bydlí a na odvětví, ve kterém pracují.

Abstract:

The economic situation of each country has crucial influence on the labour market and adaptability school leavers in the labour market. My report is concentrated on the labour market of school leavers from the secondary schools, concretely on their employment and unemployment. I use the comparison of the rates of unemployment by different regions in the Czech Republic and by the field of their studies . The success of school leaver especially depends not only on their skills, their orientation on the labour market and the ability to force the competition with other applicants, but also depends on their region where they live and branches of economy, where they work.
