Transgender in the Czech education system

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje především problematice transgenderu v českém vzdělávacím systému, ale reflektuje i tematiku genderových stereotypů a genderově stereotypního vzdělávání. V první části práce je přiblížena tematika transgenderu a s ní související genderová socializace i genderové stereotypy. V druhé části práce je reflektována transgenderová i genderová tematika z hlediska oficiálního a skrytého kurikula i Rámcových vzdělávacích programů a v neposlední řadě je reflektována dostupnost didaktických a metodických materiálů v českém jazyce pro české vyučující.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses primarily on the issue of transgender in the Czech education system, but also reflects on the topic of gender stereotypes and gender stereotyped education. In the first part of the thesis, the topic of transgender and related gender socialization and gender stereotypes is introduced. The second part of the thesis reflects on transgender and gender themes in terms of the official and hidden curriculum as well as the Framework Educational Programmes and also reflects on the availability of didactic and methodological materials in the Czech language for Czech teachers.
