Abstract:
Cílem práce je pojednat o specifikách přestupkového řízení za užití metody komparace s řízením trestním. Nejprve práce stručně vymezí správní řízení, do jehož kontextu zařadí řízení přestupkové a následně uvede právní zakotvení základních zásad přestupkového řízení společně s jejich charakteristikami. The aim of this work is to discuss the specifics of offence proceedings using the method of comparison with criminal proceedings. The thesis first briefly defines the administrative proceedings and includes the offence proceedings in its context.
